Some Disney Resort hotels are even within walking distance to some of the parks. If you drive your own vehicle or rent a car and are staying in a Disney Resort hotel, you can enjoy complimentary standard parking at the Disney Theme Parks and Water Parks.

- Early access to Individual Lightning Lanes – Individual Lightning Lanes can be booked at 7AM for Disney Resort hotel Guests. For Guests not staying on property, these can be purchased at the time of park open. Most of the time, certain E-ticket attractions like Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will be sold out of Individual Lightning Lanes before non-resorts guests have a chance to purchase them. - Early access to Advanced Dining Reservations – Advanced Dining Reservations can be made 60 days in advance starting at 6AM EST. Disney Resort hotel Guests can make dining reservations at the 60 day mark for the duration of their stay. Guests not staying at property will have to get up early and make dining reservations for each day that they want a reservation 60 days in advance. And by that point, all the popular dining reservations won’t be available because the Resort guests had early access to them. Another huge perk of staying on property!
